Ingredients :

• 4 oz Gewürztraminer juice
• 2 oz ginger beer
• ½ lemon, juiced
• 3 sage leaves (1 for garnish)
• Pear slices

Instructions:

1. In a shaker or mixing glass, muddle 2 sage leaves with the lemon juice.
2. Add Gewürztraminer juice and ice, then shake for about 15 seconds.
3. Pour into a glass and top with ginger beer.
4. Garnish with pear slices and a fresh sage leaf.
